Details:
Departure Gothenburg: Thursday 10/12-2026 at 14:00 from Navet Lindholmen
NOTE: bus leaves at 14:00 – the bus will be available outside Navet from 13:00
Departure Trysil: Sunday 13/12-2026 at 14:00 and we will be back at Lindholmen around 20:00
Available seats: 100 persons (two tourist buses) + 20 persons on the waiting list
Cost per person: travel and accommodation: 2300 SEK/pp
Accommodation: we will stay in 10 twelve person cabins in Trysil Turistsenter (just next to the ski lift)
Eligible to register: Ericsson and Combitech employees, tenants at Lindholmen office, former employees and consultants working at Ericsson or Combitech
Booking rules: first come / first served. Ericsson and Combitech Employees and Consultants will be prioritized
Payment plan:
700 SEK (non-refundable): 30 September 2026
1600 SEK (refundable, see policy below): 31 October 2026
Cancellation policy:
The first payment of 700SEK is NOT refundable
Second payment is refundable if:
– One month prior departure 100% refunable
– 2 weeks prior departure 50% refundable
– 1 week prior departure NOT refunable
Disclaimers:
– If the trip is cancelled the total amount is refundable
– In case of sickness or similar event a refund can be discussed – talk to Thomas
Ski rental: You will be able to use a discount on ski rental at SkiStar – more information to come.
The participants will be divided into the cabins and each cabin will be responsible to make plans for food arrangements.
