We practice every Tuesday (and do some more training on Mondays and Thursdays at Bjurslättsskolan). Our members are advancing their grades (and the belt colors) and practice with enthusiasm.
As usual, we have had four training camps for our and external participants during the year. Some of us have attended summer and winter Wado International Karate-do Federation Sweden training camps in Stockholm with top instructors from throughout the world.
We have not acquired any new equipment during the year.
